ARTICLE 1: PREAMBLE

This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you about how Kinéis uses and manages your personal data collected and/or processed via the website www.space-ais.com

Respect for your privacy and personal data is a priority, and Kinéis is committed to processing your data in strict compliance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 (hereinafter "the DPA"), as amended, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter "GDPR").

When you browse the website www.space-ais.com, Kinéis may collect and process all or part of the following data:

• First and last name

Kinéis includes entities located outside the European Union. Accordingly, Kinéis reserves the right, depending on the nature of the service provided, to share and/or transfer your personal data to Kinéis's subsidiaries.
